CONNECTION
- In the book, Arthur was connected in the death/murder of Luis Cruz. If Arthur was to be charged with murder and/or assult, he could easily use a plea bargain. If he were to be charged with both, he could use a charge bargain and only have to plead guilty to one of the charges. If he were to only be charged with one of the two, then he could use a sentence bargain and he would only have to plead guilty in exchange for a lighter sentence.
- I learned that a plea bargain can really change a persons life. There is a big difference between Arthur getting full sentences to one or both of those crimes, and having a lighter load. For one, he won't get the punishment he deserves.
